Terms and Conditions:
- Pieces displayed in each page are ready. Once note applied, we consider it an alteration (First alteration) and to be with Zero fees.
- Alterations on any product if not mentioned before checking out, can be requested through WhatsApp. Due to high demand, Chats might not be checked regularly. So, after Chat is opened, alteration can be considered and when approved duration can take up to 21 working days.
- Alterations on Abayas/dresses not mentioned in the order are offered to clients with certain fees. Fees are determined by adel-fes depending on the type of alteration requested by the client.
- In case of any damages occurred from the client after receiving the order, return and exchange are not acceptable.
- If receiving a damaged piece from adelfes, It should be reported within the same day of order received only. Otherwise, reporting is not considered.
Delivery:
- We offer Worldwide delivery through our shipping partner, DHL.
- Delivery fees are included in the invoice on first shipping, and not included in case of return, exchange, or alterations.
- Delivery for ready pieces up to 10 working days from order received.
- Delivery for customized/altered pieces are within 3 weeks (21 working days) from receiving order.
Return Policy:
- For ready-to-wear pieces. Refund is accepted within 24 hours from receiving day if pieces are in its same condition and not used.
- Note: no refund after alterations. If products are made to order and customized based on customers’ requirements and given sizes, returns are not accepted.
