Who we are
Its called (adel-fes) is a word derived from the Greek meaning “Sisters”.
We started in 2015 as a small business working with passion in fashion to elaborate each piece with trends and art in parallel with the tradition. As we grow, we face more challenges and more difficulties in a way that develops our brand professionally and meet our clients’ needs in all aspects. Getting to focus on quality, details, and finishes is what we aim for. 4 sisters, each with her own role completing the wheel of this amazing journey to a high-end brand.
Return and exchange policy:
– For ready-to-wear pieces.
Refund is accepted within 24 hours from receiving day.
Exchange is accepted within 3 days from receiving day.
* Note: no refund nor exchange after alterations.
– If products are made to order and customize based on customers’ requirements and given sizes, return/exchange are not accepted.
Purchase Policy:
– Alterations on Abayas/dresses if mentioned in the order shall be requested after one day of receiving the order in case of any fault from our production
– Alterations on Abayas/dresses not mentioned in the order are offered to clients with certain fees starting from 161SAR. Fees are determined by Adelfes depending on the type of alteration requested by the client.
– In case of any damages occurred from the client after receiving the order, return and exchange are not acceptable.

Delivery:
– We offer Worldwide delivery through our shipping partner, DHL.
– Delivery fees are included in the invoice on first shipping, and not included in case of return, exchange or alterations.
– Delivery for ready pieces are within 5 days from receiving order.
– Delivery for customized/altered pieces are within 3 weeks (21 days) from receiving order.
